The Lobby is a modern office building in Rijswijk with no fewer than 11 floors. This building houses a variety of tenants, each with their own preferences and layout needs. With such a versatile building, it's important to create flexible office spaces suitable for both small businesses and large organizations.
System Flex supplied and installed the system walls on several floors of The Lobby, ensuring a perfect interplay between design, acoustics, and functionality.
A large project with trusted collaboration
The contract came from Pro Property , a client with whom System Flex has previously completed successful projects. This project was one of their larger projects and took approximately two and a half months to complete. Close collaboration ensured a smooth process and a high-quality end result, fully tailored to the diverse tenants.
System walls – variation in style and function
Various types of system walls were used in this project:
- Flex Light 2.0 – for bright, transparent spaces with a modern look.
- Flex Industrial – applied in a three-way split for a powerful industrial look.
- Flex Stud – solid, closed walls for optimal privacy and acoustic comfort.
Despite the differences, the walls fit together seamlessly, contributing to a uniform and professional appearance throughout the building.
Doors and details – industrial and chic
In addition to the walls, industrial glass-framed doors and solid doors have also been installed. A special detail is the use of curtains in combination with the glass walls. This solution creates a chic and warm look, while also allowing users to easily create more privacy in spaces with extensive glass.
