The Avit office in Vianen is a true feast for the eyes. The building, which majestically stands out among the others, exudes modernity and professionalism. The exterior is a work of art in itself, with its wooden facade and large windows that beautifully let in the sunlight. The view of the building, standing like a monument against the clear blue sky, is truly breathtaking. Surrounded by meadows and surrounded by nature, it almost resembles an American barn in North Dakota. The construction is sturdy and authentic, which adds to the building's charm.
The exterior extends into the interior and is also quite remarkable. The spacious entrance hall is an oasis of light and perfection, with a view of the building's ridge and glass walls overlooking the green surroundings. The atrium adds a special dimension to the entrance hall and offers a glimpse into Avit's interior.
But it's the offices that truly complete the picture. Designed with attention to detail and completeness, they exude comfort and unity. The natural lighting is atmospheric and complements the space. The offices are designed to provide an optimal work environment, allowing employees to fully concentrate on their work.
But perhaps the most impressive element of the Avit office is the meeting room. Located on the top floor of the building, it resembles a greenhouse, offering views of the entire office. The space features a large table and ample room for creative expression. Natural lighting is a natural part of a greenhouse, of course. The meeting room is designed to provide an optimal environment for important conversations and meetings.
The office feels cohesive thanks to the consistent use of materials throughout. Wood flows seamlessly into glass, and the personalized window decals create a sense of privacy and connection. Because the building extends to the roof, the offices on the top floor have an attic-like feel, which in turn creates a cozy atmosphere. The predominant colors in this building are brown, black, gray, and various army shades. Rugged, professional, yet friendly.
The Avit office in Vianen is a true work of art. Both the interior and exterior of the building are of unparalleled beauty and demonstrate an eye for detail and natural products. The building offers an optimal work environment where employees can fully concentrate on their work. It's a place where you immediately feel at home and a place you enjoy visiting. The Avit office is a calling card of the highest caliber.
System Flex
In this Bouwrijk project, approximately 360m² of glass walls were installed. Flex Retro and Flex Industrial were used for this project. Flex Retro was used for the glass walls, and Flex Industrial was used for the glass frame doors. This allows you to combine two different types, creating a unique look. Flex Light was also used in this project; these can be found near the atrium.
The building has a gable roof, a kink in the truss, and a void. All these factors complicate the installation and measurement of the project, but that also makes it enjoyable. Installing glass walls that fit together seamlessly was another real challenge. The greenhouse on the top floor is an immediate eye-catcher, and we are also proud of the result.
The glass walls in the atrium are made of impact-resistant glass, making them more robust. Safety first!
