Can I return my purchase?
At System Flex Trading, you can only return items in standard sizes and colors within 14 days. Items must be free of signs of wear and in their original condition. Contact us to initiate the return process. We'll send you a return form and schedule a pickup. Do not return items without prior approval from System Flex Trading. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
When will I receive a refund for my returned item?
If you return your order and the goods are unopened and in new condition, you will receive a refund within 30 days.
I returned my item, but I received a different amount than the value of the item, how is this possible?
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and will be deducted from the purchase price. The remaining amount will then be refunded. If the amount is incorrect, please contact us.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
If you return an item via PostNL, you'll receive a Track & Trace number so you can track your delivery. We strive to process your return as quickly as possible. If you haven't received a refund within 30 days of returning your item, please contact System Flex Trading.

If you return an item via PostNL, you'll receive a Track & Trace number so you can track the delivery status online. You'll receive a refund in your account within 30 days. Please contact System Flex Trading once your item has been collected by our carrier.
