Whether at the office, in the factory, or on projects, we're committed to contributing to a healthy environment. We do this by separating all our waste, and we also strip all disassembled systems on-site to fully separate that waste and reuse all other materials. This is also a top priority in the office.

Our brand-new building with an adjacent factory has been cleverly designed, including a water pump and a solar panel array (with 240 solar panels!) to manage energy consumption. This contributes to sustainable production. System Flex is also CO2-conscious through responsible logistics planning and the use of electric company vehicles.

Besides a healthy environment, we also prefer our employees to be in top health. We strive to achieve this in several ways. For example, all workstations are ergonomically designed so everyone can work comfortably and customize their workspace to their own comfort. There's also always fresh fruit in the canteen, and a gym will soon be opening so all employees can unwind after a busy day at work.
